I am a carnivore I admit, I over indulged the past years I focused on indulging my taste buds. But whenever I look at myself I see and feel that I need to shape up or at least try to eat healthier.
This is the reason why I was very excited to attend Yummy Diet Fitness Party Bloggers Exclusive at Active Fun, Bonifacio Global City, I am thankful to Zomatoph for selecting me as one of their bloggers for this event.
For those unfamiliar, Yummy Diet is a diet delivery service based in Metro Manila, unlike the other diet meal services, Yummy Diet boast the widest coverage among all the diet delivery services, They now deliver in certain parts of Rizal and selected areas in the South! This is good news for me since I never get to taste test or try out these healthy option menus because I live in the Rizal area and therefore out of their coverage area. Fingers crossed that Yummy Diet`s delivery area is along my area of Antipolo.
I was given a their official work out shirt as I register for the event. The venue is pretty large, large enough for a number of participants to work out.

In one corner of the venue they had the excellent buffet of healthy dishes for us to sample of course from Yummy Diet. 
Yummy Diet provided us a great selection of dishes, it amazes me that they that their dishes contain only around 45 – 153 calories per piece. It is like I was cheating because look at that feast!

Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella: 118 Calories/piece is my favorite, I had like 3 slices and I did not feel guilty! The vegetables are so fresh! Love at first bite!
Yummy Diet Kitchen’s Homemade Cheese Pimiento on Whole Wheat Crackers: 45.5 Calories/piece, I also love these, very creamy
Baked Coconut Shrimp w/ Orange Dipping Sauce: 76 Calories/2 Shrimps
Tuna-Stuffed Sweet Peppers: 40 Calories/piece I love tuna, this dish was really delicious, the combination of tuna and peppers are perfect.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap: 153 Calories/piece, The awesome alternative to shawarma, I do love the dip that came with it.
Yummy Diet Kitchen’s Signature Egg Muffin: 133 Calories/piece I was amazed that this flavorful muffin is less than 200 calories. A perfect breakfast treat.
For dessert:
Low Fat Coffee Jelly: 135 Calories w/o whipped cream/cup (151 Calories with whipped cream), Not really sweet but perfect as it is. It does help ease my sweet tooth craving.

It was a fun Fitness Party! It is actually my first ever, I hope not my last. I got to try yoga again and I hope to continue on doing yoga again in the future.
